Okay, so I’ve been a mom of three for almost 2 months now (time flies when your kids are having fun). In this time I’ve realized a few key things that have changed:
1. My laundry loads have now exploded. Ugh! I don’t actually mind the laundering part itself, but the folding and putting away of clothes is what gets me. Thank goodness the older children can now help in this area. I guess I’ll also have to get back to my old laundry routine so I don’t completely lose my mind.
2. I have the least amount of time to spend getting dressed. For a couple weeks after giving birth I was continuing to wear my maternity clothes (no pressure), but now I’m stuck between maternity and “normal clothes”. That means my go to outfits are well fitting sweats and a simple T-shirt, until I go back to work. So I can basically get dressed with my eyes closed.
3. My multitasking skills are A++. I mean I don’t really have a choice with so much going on, but sometimes I don’t even realize that it’s happening. I could be watching the television, while breastfeeding, blogging, and… I guess I’m doing it right now.
